Parmesian chicken and broccoli pasta, sweet pepper ham wraps and two-minute banana pie cups will be served up to PSO employees TODAY in the company’s downtown office cafeteria as a way to learn about healthier eating  and wellness.
 
Chefs from the PSO Cafeteria will conduct the cooking demo as part of the ongoing AEP Wellness for Life campaign, which provides employees information about healthy living, eating and exercise so they can make healthy choices year-round.
 
The cooking demo is Thursday, Nov. 13, from 1:30 - 2 pm. and is being conducted in the Sodexco Cafeteria in the PSO building, 212 East 6^th Street.  
 
Not only will recipes be available to employees, but they will also get to participate in a tasting of the healthy food that’s prepared.
