Paul Pratt

Director, Customer Services and Marketing

Paul Pratt, director of Customer Services & Marketing, is responsible for bringing efficient electric technologies to homes, businesses and communities, energy efficiency programs and customer service.

Pratt most recently served as manager of Energy Efficiency and Consumer Programs for Louisiana and Texas. He joined SWEPCO in 2006 as an energy efficiency and consumer programs coordinator. Pratt earned a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport and an MBA from Louisiana Tech University. Pratt volunteers with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Dream Home Giveaway, coaches his daughter's softball team, and is active in his church.

Pratt and his wife, Tayme, live in Shreveport. He has two daughters.
