As the new school year begins, SWEPCO reflects on its continued commitment to this enriching summer program, which just completed its 31st annual session.

Eligible SWEPCO customers in Arkansas and Louisiana can get help to pay summer cooling bills through funded Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program until Sept. 30 or until funds are depleted. Customers in Texas can apply year-round or until funds are depleted.
